Complimentary shipping is offered on all domestic orders within Pakistan. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
We want your Zoja pair to feel like a second skin. If the size is not perfect, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, unworn condition with all luxury packaging intact.
Due to the limited production and artisanal nature of our collections, we do not offer monetary refunds. We provide store credit or exchange for a different silhouette or size of equal value. Custom-made or bespoke orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
